I ett uttalande sa hennes talesperson: ”Tina Turner, ’rock’n roll-drottningen’, dog fridfullt idag vid en ålder av 83, efter en lång tids sjukdom i sitt hem i Kusnacht nära Zürich, Schweiz. ”Med henne förlorar världen en musiklegend och en förebild.”
