Kryssningsfartyg kolliderade med oljetanker i arktisk sjö- och miljöräddningsövning

Hårda förhållanden och begränsad infrastruktur på jordklotets allra nordligaste delar innebär särskilda utmaningar vid kriser till sjöss. Därför är samarbete och övning särskilt viktigt på de norra breddgraderna. Under tre dagar har sju länder gemensamt övat storskalig sjö- och miljöräddning utanför Tromsø i Nordnorge.
